At Marol Organics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality, natural personal care products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of personal care items, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at returns@marolorganics.com with:
   • Your order number
   • A brief reason for the return
   • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
2. Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.

📦 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or store credit (as applicable)
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

⚠️ If your return is rejected (used product, missing packaging, etc.), it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
